Reprinted in 1 Proceedings, XIII. 108. Although this was noted by Dr. Green as "probably" a Boston imprint (2 Proceedings, IX. 450) and was not included in his Foster bibliography, Evans, 294, adopts it as a Foster imprint. It is, however, an English issue and a copy is listed in Bibliotheca Lindensiana, English Broadsides, 1505-1897, 156.
