Leviathan is the great treatise on political philosophy that the baroque world bequeathed to the Enlightenment and to all the posterity of Western political thought. Starting with Thomas Hobbes (1588-1679), Spinoza, Pufen-dorf, Locke, Hume, Diderot, Rousseau, Kant, Hegel, Marx ... think and write, taking up their arguments to reconstruct and rebuild them with their particular intellect against time history that they had to live.
