Dr. Avril E. Wiggins Biography Pastor Avril E. Wiggins along with her husband Eld. Joe Wiggins started House of Rapha International Ministries Inc. in September 2003. Pastor Wiggins has been in ministry for nearly 19 years. She accepted Jesus as her Lord and Savior, and was filled with the Holy Ghost at the age of 11. Knowing that there was a prophetic call on her life, God used her even in her youth. On June 10th, 2006 she graduated from Agape Bible College and University, Birmingham Alabama, with a PhD in Pastoral Studies, Biblical Studies, and Christian Education. Pastor Wiggins has served in many capacities through the years as Counselor for Prison Fellowship Ministries, Youth Counselor, Sunshine Band Director, Worship Leader, Psalmist, Preacher, Teacher etc. whatever her hands found to do she did it willingly. Pastor Wiggins is under A.I.M. a fellowship founded by Bishop I.V. and Lady Bridget Hilliard, and the Hilliard's are her Spiritual Parents. Pastor Wiggins is happily married to Eld.
